Seoul Garden!!

By You know who I am...

This was my 1st ever, trip to Seoul Garden!! The anticipation itself was driving me crazy, so much that I reached Mcdonalds(our meeting point) half an hour earlier than Ali did, which says something coz im usually late...

We went to bugis to meet up with Munir who was at the IT show, and headed to Seoul garden at bugis (co)junction =).

You'll see a lot of ali later on...

Anyways, we cooked our food here:

The centre bowl is used to boil food whereas the black hotplate is used to fry other food.

Erm, see what I mean by "you'll see a lot of ali later on"?

The food was also served buffet style, same like Sakura, although the food are all raw. Too bad I could not take pictures of the raw food, however, I would say that it was a sight NOT for vegetarians. It ranged from simple sliced meat, to chicken marinated in (coffee!).

Anyways, we would take as much as we wanted on a plate,

and togethergether cook it on the communal stove

Ali's buddy, Alex, took like, a whole mountain of prawns

(the picture only shows a few shells coz the rest are still boiling=))

(To the accent of Gurdeep) Stare at the gigantic Prawn, and salivate...

Drinks were also free flowing so, while Jonathan was happily refilling his cup with mirinda grape, I took his cup and poured mirinda orange, pepsi, pepst twist and 7up. Haha... He was initially shocked, but said it tasted better... Of course, I mean, I got A2 for Homec, definately it WILL taste good =).

The ice-scream was fantastic as well, however, I felt that the chocolate flavour was too bitter...

Clearly, everyone was having a blast, eating like as if they have never been to Seoul Garden before

The outing was fun, and the food, great. However, we suddenly realised that we had to pay for our food, and it was'nt a free meal. Damn... Lucky I had my nets card with me. At least we only had to pay $23.20 only... I on the other hand, had to absorb Ali's cost coz he did not bring any money... And only now, on hindsight, i realised that i'm a goondu to withdraw $60 and pay an excess of $10... Stoopid me..

After that, me, Ali, Munir, Akram and his buddy, we all went LAN gaming! It was my first time LAN gaming, and we played counterstrike and DOTA.

It was great fun, but Munir kept on pwning us, even when it was 4 of us against him... Damn he's good... Ali and me were like, total noobz at DOTA (well, maybe not me coz I play Warcraft, so I do know my way around controls). All in all, it was a good game and we had lots of fun.

To wrap up, many thanks to our china buddies, especially

(no idea of his name tho...) He made it all possible. You're the man!

and my beloved Jonathan!!

We wish you all gook luck in University and, with some good luck, meet you all in uni as undergrads!

I can smell the scent of university already...
